Finding options and choosing your new home:
- We will select properties for viewing based on your preferences.
- We’ll negotiate the rental price and terms directly with the landlord.
- The lease agreement and all related legal documents will be prepared for your signature.
Moving and settling in:
- Before your move-in, we’ll inspect the home and ensure any necessary repairs are completed.
- We’ll take photos of the property’s condition to protect you at the end of your lease.
- An inventory of remaining furniture and appliances will be made.
- We’ll walk you through how to use household appliances, separate and dispose of trash and recyclables,and handle daily responsibilities.
- We’ll help you get to know your neighborhood — including nearby restaurants, facilities, and public transport options.
- All communication with the landlord regarding your housing will be handled by us.
Preparing to leave your house:
- Make sure all your belongings are packed and removed.
- We’ll assist with the return of your security deposit.
- We’ll help arrange the disconnection of internet, cable, phone, and utility services.
