Covering areas:

Finding options and choosing your new home:

  • Properties will be chosen for viewing based on the client’s preferences.
  • Price and terms will be negotiated with the owner.
  • The rental agreement and all related legal paperwork will be made for signature.

Moving and settling in:

  • Before moving in, get the home inspected and any repairs made.
  • Take any photos of the home’s state will be taken to make sure you’re covered once your rental period is up.
  • Make an inventory list of any remaining furniture in the house.
  • Get orientated on how to use household appliances, maintain keys, dispose of trash and recyclables, and other standard household responsibilities.
  • Examine the neighborhood, including any nearby restaurants, buildings, and facilities, as well as the public transportation system.
  • We will deal with all the issues related to housing including communication with the owner.

Preparing to leave your house:

  • Make sure you have all your items.
  • Refund the security deposit.
  • Disconnect the internet, cable, telephone, and utilities.
